Appetizer: Tofu with green seaweed, sea urchin, smoked salmon, lily petal root, wasabi
Uguisu bean paste, Sakura shrimp, whitebait, pickled plum
Halfbeak marinated in vinegar, Sujiko, 1-inch beans, with mustard and vinegar miso
Sashimi: Bluefin tuna, sea bream, amberjack, mugwort gluten, and a set of garnishes
Appetizer: Boiled red snapper with ginger, bamboo shoots, taro, green beans, flower tofu, needle ginger, kinome
Strong Dish: Kyoto Tanba Hiyoshi Pork and Soy Milk Hot Pot
