A luxurious kaiseki course meal where you can enjoy the flavors of summer.The menu features 10 dishes in total, made with an abundance of seasonal ingredients, ranging from appetizers to sashimi, grilled dishes, the main hotpot, rice dishes, and desserts.For the main course, you can choose from a soy milk hotpot made with Omi beef or sukiyaki.Enjoy a dish that is colorfully packed with summery ingredients and delicate flavors.

Appetizer: Junsaizu "Steamed abalone, shrimp, herring roe, yam, and edamame"

Old Tofu "Sea cucumber, smoked salmon trout, salmon roe, okra, sea urchin"

Soup dish: White miso "Splendid alfonsino, rolled yuba, clove gluten, lotus root, and mustard"

Sashimi: Bluefin tuna, sea bream, amberjack, millet gluten, and a set of garnishes

Grilled dish: Grilled Kyoto sirloin or grilled silver cod marinated in Saikyo miso

Appetizer: Nanzenji steamed eel "Tofu, Lily Root, Hirousu, Eel"

Ginger sauce "Eggplant, carrot, green beans, wood ear mushrooms" with ginger soup

Strong side dish: Omi beef soy milk hot pot
