A luxurious kaiseki course where you can enjoy the flavors of summer.Using plenty of seasonal ingredients, the menu includes a total of 10 dishes, from appetizers to sashimi, grilled dishes, a main hotpot, rice dishes, and desserts.For the main course, you can choose from a soy milk hotpot made with Omi beef or sukiyaki.You can enjoy a dish that is colorfully packed with summery ingredients and delicate flavors.

Appetizer: Junsaizu "Steamed abalone, shrimp, herring roe, yam, edamame"

Roudoufu "Taragi shellfish, smoked salmon trout, salmon roe, okra, sea urchin"

Soup dish: White miso soup "golden-eyed snapper, rolled yuba, clove gluten, lotus root, mustard"

Sashimi: Bluefin tuna, sea bream, amberjack, millet gluten, and a set of garnishes

Grilled food: Grilled Kyoto sirloin or grilled silver cod marinated in Saikyo miso

Mixed dish: Nanzenji steamed eel "Tofu Yurine Hirousu Eel"

Ginger sauce "Eggplant, carrot, green beans, wood ear mushroom" with ginger soup
