This is a mini kaiseki meal where you can enjoy seasonal ingredients and specialty dishes.The balanced course of eight dishes includes a soy milk hotpot made with Hiyoshi pork, a brand of pork from Tamba, Kyoto, as well as appetizers and sashimi showcasing the chef's skill, and freshly cooked sea bream rice.It is ideal for important gatherings such as welcome and farewell parties, business entertainment, and dinners.

Appetizer: Sesame tofu sauce "Eggplant, smoked salmon trout, salmon roe"

Duck and white dressing with chestnut and ginkgo nuts
