This kaiseki course meal allows you to leisurely enjoy the flavors of autumn, with the main dish being suki-shabu, made with a generous amount of seasonal sea bream.The menu consists of 10 dishes in total, from appetizers to desserts, all of which make use of seasonal ingredients.

Appetizer: Eggplant, smoked salmon trout, and salmon roe with sesame tofu sauce

Duck and white dressing with chestnut and ginkgo nuts

Sweetened saury, simmered gluten, sushi, roe roe, pickled myoga ginger

Soup dish: Earthenware pot steamed dish with matsutake mushroom, conger eel, shrimp and mitsuba, and sudachi orange

Sashimi, Bluefin Tuna, Sea Bream, Amberjack, Wheat Flour, Garnish

Grilled Kyoto sirloin or grilled silver cod marinated in Saikyo miso
