This is a luxurious kaiseki course where you can enjoy the flavors of autumn.The menu features 10 dishes in total, made with an abundance of seasonal ingredients, ranging from appetizers to sashimi, grilled dishes, the main hotpot, rice dishes, and desserts.For the main course, you can choose from a soy milk hotpot made with Omi beef or sukiyaki.Enjoy the delicate flavors of this dish, which is colorfully packed with autumnal ingredients.

Appetizer: Eggplant, smoked salmon trout, and salmon roe with sesame tofu sauce

Duck and white dressing with chestnut and ginkgo nuts

Sweetened saury, simmered gluten, sushi, roe roe, pickled myoga ginger

Soup dish: Earthenware pot steamed dish with matsutake mushroom, conger eel, shrimp and mitsuba, and sudachi orange

Sashimi, Bluefin Tuna, Sea Bream, Amberjack, Wheat Flour, Garnish

Grilled Kyoto sirloin or grilled silver cod marinated in Saikyo miso
